The Moroccan Phosphate fields were laid down between roughly 93 and 33 million years ago in a shallow sea where fossils are routinely found spanning millions of years apart. The Moroccan Phosphate are the most fossil rich area on the planet with items regularly found to include shark, stingray, crocodile, Mosasaur, warm blooded sea snake with the shark teeth being the most abundant.
